When making a tour reservation on our website, where appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to assist us in processing a tour booking or your request to receive our monthly email newsletter, or request for additional information.

We may use the information we collect from you to reserve your and/or your group’s space on the tour(s) with Hot Air Expeditions and our partner tour operators.If you’ve requested via our website, upon your request we enroll you to receive our newsletter and/or other email communications, respond to a survey or marketing communication, to manage sessions while you surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

How do we protect visitor information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
