How to Make a Charitable Donation Request

Hot Air Expeditions is proud to give back to the community, and support charitable requests when available for non-profit organizations. Arizona has and always will be our home, and it is a sincere joy to be able to support local endeavors when feasible.

To be considered for a donation request, please fill out the Charitable Donation Request Form below and include a written description of your event/request on official organization letterhead, as well as any 501c3 information. Prior to submitting your request, please review our Charitable Donation Request Guidelines listed below, to ensure your request meets our qualifications.

Charitable donation requests are reviewed quarterly, and though we would love to contribute to all of the incredible organizations within our community, due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to contribute to each and every cause.

Charitable Donation Request Guidelines

All donation requests must be made online a minimum of 90 days prior to the event date.
Please allow up to 90 days for a charitable donation request response.
No written, phone, fax or email requests will be accepted.
Item(s) donated will be at the discretion of Hot Air Expeditions.
At this time all donations are in-kind, monetary donations are not available.
In an effort to support our local community, organizations and/or events must be Arizona based in order to be eligible for consideration.
