Getting guests a world away from florescent lights and computer screens, and in touch with nature and their sense of adventure, is what we do. Let us inspire your group with a ballooning experience over the stunning Sonoran Desert, that they will be talking about for years to come. With a daily capacity for groups of 100+ passengers, and a history of ballooning over the Sonoran Desert for over 28 years, we have group hot air ballooning excursions down to a science.

Our morning hot air balloon rides are a group favorite, as they are available daily, year-round, and take place just after the time of sunrise, as to not interfere with meetings or activities taking place during the day. If your guests aren’t early risers, no problem! Group sunset hot air balloon rides are also available seasonally, November-March.

To ensure your groups experience is seamless from start to finish, we handle all of the details for you. Roundtrip hotel transfers by our uniformed staff, as well as optional tour enhancements like photography, balloon/basket branding, and enhanced dining options, are all available to customize the experience to your wants and needs.
