Put down the phone, we repeat, put down the phone!
This can be a very hard task (for all of us!), in our constantly connected world, where we need things now, and instant gratification is the norm. It is so important to take care of you (#selfcare), and all aspects of you – your mental, physical and spiritual well being. After all, it makes you the best version of you! So, in an effort to remain present, in the moment, and de-stressed, this week our motivation is to do more things that make us forget to check our phones.
What captivates you? Is it a good workout? Catching up with friends? Taking a new adventure? Taking a few minutes to meditate? Whatever that is for you, we encourage you do to just that. We’ll be doing it right along side you!
